Our computer was dropped and the screen was damaged and we were requesting a replacement. The gentleman was very thorough with his review of the laptop. He diligently researched our best options. Unfortunately, our computer was unsalvageable, due to the cost to replace it versus the value of the laptop. The gentleman showed us some options online to replace it. The best part was he didn't try to upsell us or promise something he couldn't deliver. He was honest and took his time explaining the situation to us. I highly recommend Computer Planet for any computer situation needing professional assistance. I was very appreciative for his assistance and time. Thank you.

Took my laptop here after I took it to a previous computer place. The first place didn't fix it right. So I took it here, he had it for like 1 week, so after I come to pick it up, he tells me he had to redo the thermal paste, which was literally just done at the first place I took it to so I was questioning that. He did fix a crack on the ethernet port which he glued, he did a good job on that. But the main issue was there was something rubbing on the fan like a screw or bolt. So I took it home it was good for like not even a month and it started doing the same thing. He charged me $350 for basically nothing and it's still messed up but I'm using it! Also when I called him to send me my receipt via email it took him like a week and I had to keep asking him to send it. Idk hit or miss here.

Best Buy wanted $80 just to ship my laptop out plus all the fees to fix it and said it would be 2-3 weeks. Computer planets prices were unbelievably cheaper and performs quality work. Also had it done the next day! Beats 2-3 weeks. Will be coming back for any future repairs and suggesting to everyone. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Computer Planet! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about helping customers—not just making a sale. I came in with a few questions and left with everything I needed, plus a better understanding of what I was buying. They took the time to walk me through my options without any pressure and even offered helpful tips for maintenance and upgrades. You don’t find that kind of personal service everywhere these days. Whether you're looking for a new PC, need repairs, or just want advice from someone who knows their stuff, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
